Olivia’s Banana, Avocado & Irish Moss smoothie will leave you feeling satisfied, cleansed and healthy! A smooth, satisfying texture, brimming with superfoods to get your day off to the best start.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Irish moss gel (see below for instructions on making gel)
1 small banana (ideally frozen)
1/2 an avocado
Large handful of spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon collagen powder
Your favourite toppings – frozen berries, granola, coconut chips
Directions
- This assumes your Irish moss gel is already in the fridge! If you need instructions to make up the gel, view here
- Pull all ingredients into the blender and whiz for about a minute until its all mixed well
- Pour into a glass and top with your favourite toppings
