Dulse Smoothie with Berries & Irish Moss

We’ve taken inspiration from Medical Medium’s recipe and added a few titbits of our own!
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh/frozen raspberries
1/2 cup fresh/frozen strawberries
1/2 large banana
1.5 cups coconut almond milk (regular almond milk or skim milk also work)
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp Dulse Flakes
3 ice cubes
1/2 tablespoons of Irish Moss gel
Directions
- Throw all of the ingredients together in a large blender.
- Blend until smooth and pureed.
- Drink and enjoy!
