Chocolate peanut butter berry smoothie with Irish moss.
Prep time: 10 minutes
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup cup water
1 handful of spinach
1/2 tbsp of Irish moss (gel)
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
1 serve (25g) chocolate protein powder (optional)
1 handful of your favourite granola
1/2 sliced banana
1 tbsp chai seeds
(these are just suggested – you can place any seasonal fruits and nuts in your bowl)
1) Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
2) Smooth berry mixture in a bowl with a spoon.
3) Place chosen toppings and sprinkle them and decorate as desired. Then voila easy healthy breakfast!
