This cleansing Irish Moss drink contains Irish Moss’s fibres which will help to bind toxins and expel them from the body
Ingredients
1 tin (400ml) of organic coconut milk
4 tbsp Irish Moss gel
1 tsp ground Flax seeds
3 cups cashew milk (or other nut milk)
2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract (or to taste)
3 tbsp Hemp seed oil
1/4 tsp Milk Thistle
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a fast blender and mix until well combined.
Refrigerate and enjoy this cleansing Irish Moss drink!
