Steamed broccoli with macadamia oil & lemon kelp seasoning
Lemon Kelp is a great alternative to salt on fresh produce like this. Kelp has a naturally salty taste with less sodium than salt & more of the other essential minerals we need, and of course it is the best source of iodine in nature!
INGREDIENTS:
fresh green vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, beans, etc)
oil (olive, macadamia, almond, avocado, etc)
Lemon Kelp seasoning
METHOD:
Blanche or steam the vegetables leaving them ‘al dente’ and bright green. Cool them down quickly with cold water. On a serving plate drizzle them with the oil of your choice and sprinkle with Lemon Kelp.
