Sea spaghetti is a ‘noodle-like’ shape with a mild taste, this salad is guaranteed to make you feel refreshed and light.
Step 1) Rinse the sea spaghetti then put it aside in cold water for 20 minutes.
Step 2) Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drain the sea spaghetti and place it in the boiling water with the carrot and ginger. Boil for three minutes then drain and pat dry.
Step 3) Transfer the blanched vegetables to a large bowl and mix in the vinegar and salt.
Step 4) Mix all dressing ingredients together and stir into the salad and serve cold.
