minutesThis is a refreshing Sea Spaghetti Salad Recipe. Sea spaghetti is a ‘noodle-like’ shape with a mild taste, this salad is guaranteed to make you feel refreshed and light.
Ingredients
20g Sea Spaghetti (soaked for 20 minutes or per packet instructions)
20g ginger
1 carrot (julienne)
1 pinch seaweed salt
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cucumber (julienne)
1 capsicum (julienne)
- Dressing
1 apple (julienne)
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp lime
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 chilli (sliced)
1 tsp sesame seeds
Pacific Harvest Kelp Salt or seaweed Salt
Directions
- Rinse the sea spaghetti then put it aside in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drain the sea spaghetti and place it in the boiling water with the carrot and ginger. Boil for three minutes then drain and pat dry.
- Transfer the blanched vegetables to a large bowl and mix in the vinegar and salt.
- Mix all dressing ingredients together and stir into the salad and serve cold.
