This is a refreshing Sea Spaghetti Salad Recipe. Sea spaghetti is a ‘noodle-like’ shape with a mild taste, this salad is guaranteed to make you feel refreshed and light. 

Ingredients

  • 20g Sea Spaghetti (soaked for 20 minutes or per packet instructions)

  • 20g ginger

  • 1 carrot (julienne)

  • 1 pinch seaweed salt

  • 2 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 cucumber (julienne)

  • 1 capsicum (julienne)

  • Dressing
  • 1 apple (julienne)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tsp lime

  • 2 tbsp peanut oil

  • 1 chilli (sliced)

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • Pacific Harvest Kelp Salt or seaweed Salt

Directions

  • Rinse the sea spaghetti then put it aside in cold water for 20 minutes.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drain the sea spaghetti and place it in the boiling water with the carrot and ginger. Boil for three minutes then drain and pat dry.
  • Transfer the blanched vegetables to a large bowl and mix in the vinegar and salt.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients together and stir into the salad and serve cold.
