Storage: Store furikake seasoning a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please seal securely once opened to preserve freshness and keep moisture out as seaweeds are hygroscopic (they absorb moisture from the atmosphere around them).
Allergens: CONTAINS: Soy, Sesame. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF: Crustacea, Fish (molluscs).

Our journey with our furikake recipe: A few years back, our original recipe contained a refined sugar – we removed the sugar following customer feedback and customers told us they did not like the result! Last year we ran a number of trials, experimented with stevia which did not work either. We finally settled on a new blend which contains a significantly smaller amount of sugar than the original recipe, and replaced the refined sugar with a raw sugar – just enough to carry the flavour. There is still a significantly less amount of sugar in our furikake than any other seaweed seasoning we have compared ourselves to.
