This lemon Kelp seasoning contains a blend of wild harvested New Zealand sea kelp (harvested and dried by hand from the pristine waters of NZ’s North Island), lemon and other natural ingredients. It is gluten, soy and dairy free and will add natural umami flavour and boost the nutrient content of your food. Kelp is a brown seaweed and contains a number of key nutrients, minerals, trace elements and vitamins, but it has exceptional levels of naturally occurring iodine. How to use Lemon Kelp seasoning:
Add zest and a rich umami flavour with this Lemon Kelp Seasoning – use as a rub or salt replacement before, during or after cooking for added nutrients and flavour in your food – it is particularly good with chicken, fish and guacamole. Some also use this as a salt replacement if they are on a low sodium diet as it has a naturally salty flavour from the kelp, but far less sodium.
Directions: Sprinkle the required amount of Lemon Kelp Seasoning on food before, during or after cooking.
