Sea Lettuce Flakes are a nutritious garnish with a subtle, mildly peppery, sorrel like flavour. With a sprinkle they add a delicious flavour to soups, pasta, pizza, stir-fries and poke bowls or you can even try it in baking!.

Sea Lettuce (Ulva), is technically an algae – a sea plant, part of the green seaweed group.  We mill dried sea lettuce leaves to create our flakes.
